Michael Holden Seminars provides educational programs to Title Agents, Escrow Closers, Mortgage Lenders, Attorneys and Real Estate Agents.  Here is how it works:

Purchase a Self-Study Course from the Online Store.  Next within 72 hours, your course booklet is emailed to you.  The course booklet contains the course materials, a quiz and instructions for taking the quiz in front of a proctor.  (A proctor may be anyone over 18 whom you are not related to).  The proctor mails the quiz to Michael Holden Seminars for grading and credit is given with a passing score of 70% or above.
